Standard Report Prices
JKY Town Planning specialises in preparing high-quality town planning reports and technical planning documents. We provide clear, concise, and well-structured reports that support planning applications, policy development, and decision-making. With a strong understanding of planning frameworks and requirements, we deliver tailored documentation that meets client needs while addressing regulatory and stakeholder expectations.
Unit Development
Clause 54 (one dwelling on a lot) - $550 + GST
Clause 55 (two or more dwellings on a lot) - $750 + GST
Clause 58 (apartment development) - $850 + GST
Other Reports
Land Use / Change of Use - $550 + GST
Industrial / Commercial Development - $750 + GST
Additional Permit Triggers
Additional permit triggers to standard reports will generally be an extra $150 + GST per trigger
Minor Applications
This will generally entail appliations for vegetation removal, VicSmart applications, signage, etc, and will generally cost $350 + GST.
Due Diligence Report
Due diligence reports, pre-application advice reports, formal written objections and similar will generally $200 + GST.
