Jibril Bateman

Jibril is a seasoned Town Planning expert and has worked within the industry for more than 15 years within both the public and private sectors. He has an abundance of experience within both Local Government, having worked in a number of different Council's across Victoria, and also State Government on major State infrastructure projects.
Jibril has been exposed to the full range of planning application types, including major infrastructure projects, large-scale mixed use developments, apartment developments, industrial estates, greatly varying use applications, subdivisions, heritage projects, vegetation removal and Covenant removals, to name a few.
Jibril specialises in strategic planning, navigating approval processes, problem solving, community engagement, stakeholder management, organisational leadership and building strong relationships. He has a particular interest in working with different land management legislations, including environmental, heritage and native title.
